Returns
We hope you love your Nassy London order. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange—provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Guidelines
- You have 15 days from the shipping date of your order to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags attached.
- Returns must be managed and initiated within the 15-day window.
- Personalised, monogrammed, or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return

- Locating your order.
- Selecting items to return.
- Printing a prepaid return label.
- Scheduling a collection or dropping off your package.
All returns must be securely packaged using the original box where possible.
International Returns
We offer returns for international customers as well. Please note that import duties or taxes paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, you can do so via our return form or by contacting us directly at nassyLondon@gmail.com.
Subject to availability, your new item will be dispatched once we receive and inspect the original return.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue.
All faulty items are inspected upon return. We cannot accept damage caused by misuse or not following care instructions. If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund—including original shipping costs.
Personalised Items
Please note: Items with monogramming or bespoke embroidery are final sale.
These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a faulty condition.
